RETURNS

YOU MAY RETURN ANY NON-FINAL-SALE PRODUCT ORDERED ON THE ADDISONGUERRA.COM WEBSITE FOR REFUND WITHIN FOURTEEN (14) CALENDAR DAYS FROM THE DELIVERY DATE. RETURNED PRODUCTS MUST BE IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION, UNUSED, UNWASHED, UNALTERED, AND IN THE SAME CONDITION IN WHICH IT WAS RECEIVED WITH ALL TAGS ATTACHED, AND IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND PLASTIC WRAP (INCLUDING, IF POSSIBLE, THE ORIGINAL DELIVERY BOX). THE ORIGINAL INVOICE MUST BE PROVIDED WITH ANY RETURN.

WE WILL DETERMINE IF ANY PRODUCT IS NOT IN ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION,K AND IF SO, A REFUND OR EXCHANGE WILL NOT BE GRANTED AND THE ITEMS WILL BE RETURNED TO YOU.

REPAIRS

ADDISON GUERRA PRODUCTS CAN BE REQUESTED TO HAVE REPAIRS MADE TO THE GARMENTS AT THE OWNER’S EXPENSE. PLEASE EMAIL INFO@ADDISONGUERRA.COM TO MAKE THIS REQUEST.

You will receive an automatic confirmation email after you place your order.

Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing, pending availability and credit card verification. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order ships. All orders are shipped UPS Ground with a signature required.

Orders may experience shipping delays during special releases, major holidays, and during markdown periods.

Please note, ADDISON GUERRA does not ship on weekends and major holidays.

ADDISON GUERRA is unable to ship to P.O. Box, APO, or FPO addresses. All orders with a P.O. Box, APO, or FPO address will be cancelled.

ADDISON GUERRA is not responsible for items lost, damaged or stolen in transit. All risks associated are assumed by the courier.

All items marked as final sale are not eligible for cancelation, return or exchange.

Returns are processed within 3-5 business days of the package arriving at our facility. This period may be longer during peak sales periods. Depending on your payment provider, it can take 5-10 business days for the refunded amount to post to your account.

If ADDISON GUERRA determines that any products are not in original condition, a refund or exchange will not be granted and the items will be returned to you.
